Artist Biography:

Though Danielle has always known that her future was in music, the chain of events over the last few years has seen a marked acceleration toward her success. In 2010 Danielle Todd entered and won a contest on Breakfast Television winning her a spot to sing National Anthem at the Bears/Bills football game in the Rogers Centre to a sold out crowd of 51 000 people. 

Throughout 2010 Danielle recorded her first album "Between You and Me" and released it to a sold out crowd in January 2011. Shortly after Danielle embarked on a 25 date tour in major retail stores Chapters and Indigo selling over 1000 copies of her debut album. 

Fresh off her Canadian tour Danielle decided to take on Australia. After four months of visiting decided to make the move to Sydney. She then spent the next six months touring around the country in different bars and pubs as well as performing many backyard house concerts. 

In 2014 she decided to record her next 4 song EP, "The One for Me" at Northwood Records. During the summer of 2014 Danielle toured across Ontario selling multiple copies of the EP. Each long weekend in the summer of 2014 Danielle was invited to perform in Sauble Beach at Two Chick's Cafe. She had hundreds of fans that gather on the front lawn and on the street to catch her performance. 

In September Todd decided to take her music to "Music City" in the States. While spending ten days in Nashville networking and writing Danielle performed on 7 different stages including famous spots such as "The Row", "Douglas Cafe", and "Puckett's Gro. and Restaurant". Each of these venues enjoyed Danielle's performance so much that they have generously asked her to return and perform again. While in Nashville Danielle had the opportunity to work with Live Music Producer, Amy Wolter, who was blown away by Danielle's charming personality and captivating songwriting. Danielle and Amy hit it off right away and can't wait to work together again. 

Upon returning to Canada Danielle quickly put together a Christmas showcase in Guelph alongside Tara Holloway and Ambre McLean called "We Three Queen's". Run by Danielle, and sponsored in part by Magic 106.1, the show was a complete success with the crowd begging for an encore. Over the next year be sure to keep your eyes open for Danielle Todd. She has many plans for her future!
